MACHINING

P&G’s capabilities include rapid prototyping and short run production of machined details. By utilizing state of the art techniques, tooling and technology P&G can produce machined details with extreme accuracy and confidence. Our machine shop is equipped with both vertical and horizontal CNC mills, CNC lathes ranging in chuck sizes from 6″ to 12″ and a plethora of manual equipment. We have years of experience machining plastic , alloy and carbon steels, aluminum and we are Michigan’s experts in the tough job of machining stainless steel.

FABRICATION

At P&G we process fabrications in a manner that optimizes accuracy and su cess. We believe communication is the key to any job. At P&G information and material flow seamlessly from the start of a fabricating project to its completion. Constant co munication between the shop floor, management, engineering and the customer assures a successful fab.

ASSEMBLY

Our skilled team of craftsmen have been building assemblies collectively for many decades. Their team’s strong mechanical backgrounds enable them to not just machine and fabricate jobs for our customers, but also create assemblies; saving time and making the project more cost effective for our customers.
